About us
Bluegrass Landscape Maintenance has been in operation since 2008. We currently service a wide variety of commercial as well as residential properties. We operate 2-3 full staff crews. For billing, scheduling, and insurance purposes we ask that all customers complete our not binding Lawn Maintenance Service Agreement. This agreement outlines the specifics of the services that one requests, along with pricing, and terms in which payments are due. Any customer that chooses to pay monthly will be given their property's account number and will be expected to enroll in online bill pay through their financial institution. Customers that chose to pay per visit will be expected to enroll in our Debit/Credit Payment Authorization System. CURRENT PROMOTION: For anyone that signs an agreement with Bluegrass Landscape Maintenance to have Regular Maintenance performed on their property for one-year, you will receive 20% off of your first service. i.e. Regular Maintenance includes cutting grass, trimming shrubs, edging, weeding, and removing debris. offer expires 4/10/16

Services we don't offer
Bluegrass Landscape Maintenance does not design landscapes. You pick the plants and things that you want and we will complete all installation for you. We do not cut down big trees.
