They have been caring for my pets for over a year. We see them for routine visits and problem visits. We've also taken advantage of their free spay/neuter and dental consultations. The doctors and staff are very caring and knowledgeable. They work hard to provide accurate estimates of services to be performed. They are patient and always answer my numerous questions, and they take the time to prepare you for what to expect. We do not feel like we are rushed in and out of the office or forgotten in the waiting area or exam room. They take patients in order of emergency, appointment, then walk-in so it is always best to have an appointment.

They've been fantastic. They're expensive so I found somebody else. They're just easy to work with  and the doctors are very nice. They worked well with my animals. There are other veterinarians that are good and costs less. I looked them up online and they take credit which is why I chose them.

I was impressed by their compassionate staff and very nice office. They took excellent care of my youngest cat, who had cut his tail. My oldest was not eating and I thought it was a problem with her teeth The vet said no, and we did bloodwork to find she was anemic. They had me bring her in the next day, and treated her with 2 injections and a dewormer (preventatively) and gave me medications to give her at home. This cost more (about double) than the estimate, but their computers were down. It took them over 30 minutes after I arrived to find my cat's meds and get my bill ready. I didn't thoroughly examine my bill when I was there because I was so upset- they wanted me to plan on hospitalizing her over the weekend, which I would not agree to at that time- wanted to wait and see, and when I did look at it I think they double charged me for some services. I called today as my cat has taken a turn for the worse and my call was not returned. I called at 2 pm and they close at 6. My sister lives out of state and is a vet and had concerns with some of the treatment decisions, so I will be seeking a second opinion. My 16 year old cat is very frail right now, and I need to decide if she can get better enough to have a quality of life or I need to let her go, and I don't have money to spare. I'm very emotional, and need a vet who will do their best but not keep running expensive tests, double charging me, and not calling me back. This hospital seems very busy and they were very clean and friendly, but I do not feel like they have the time for us.

Really impressed with my initial visit. I felt that the doctor really listened to what I had to say about my dog and took the time to answer all of my questions.

They are absolutely wonderful. The staff as able to keep me up to date on how my pet was doing on a daily basis. They facility is pretty new, everything is nice and clean, everyone seems to be very caring and understanding and it was just a great experience overall.

I like everything about them. They're really great with my animals and I like my vet.
