Carpet Cleaning
I chose them on the recommendation of my landlord, and because the price was comparable to what I saw from other companies. They were punctual, finished the job quickly, and were pleasant to deal with. The only minor negative was that on top of the three-room rate I was quoted over the phone, there was an extra charge for a handful of carpeted stairs ($1/stair), but that's not outrageous. I was amazed by how clean the carpet looked when they were done, given the stains that had been present, and my landlord was satsified, too.
