Great service, very punctual. Very good to repeat customers.

Theses guys are extremely knowledgeable. They are more laid back and straight forward about what the customer is about and what needs to be done. They are extremely timely and get the work done when they say they are going to get it done. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They are really good plumbers. We use them pretty regularly. Their price was fair for the water line. Their prices are reasonable and right where they should be. We really like the person we work with. He is smart, polite, responsive and on time. He knows what he's doing. We like the results we've had with him.

Arrived promptly for a quote for repairs. Was able to get to work immediately once I decided I wanted the work to be done. Courteous, professional, and fairly priced. Will definitely use again if needed!

First off, the lady called me at noon telling me the service man would be here at 12:45, after his lunch. He got here at 1:30. Whatever, no big deal, but he was not on time. I had already tried clearing the clog on my own using a twenty foot hand crank snake which I told him. I managed to push the clog but needed a power snake to get the job done. It took him at least thirty minutes until the snake was down the pipe. He worked that snake for a while then said he had to change the end and ran it again. Then he was running the water down the drain and even though the water was going down he said he herd something that he didn't like. Basically he was milking the clock. Stuck the snake down yet again, ran water yet again, snake again.....seriously? He told me he likes to insure the drain is clear and then told me they may have to return to snake again because grease may collapse and it could get clogged again. So what was the point of standing there for twenty minutes letting water run down the line if there just going to have to return? This ended up costing me $200 to unclog a drain! They added the twenty extra dollars for de-greaser....wow!

We have gas in the house, but we have been converting from an electric stove to a gas stove. They were very good about it. In fact, we made a mistake for where we put it, and they came back to correct that mistake after we found out what we needed. We have used them twice now. We would use them again. They were here when they said they would be here.

The company responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and the workers were punctual, friendly and professional throughout the process. The company followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.

Water (and other) began backing into my shower basin and floor during (of course) the weekend. I chose American Plumbing from a selection of closest and most highly regarded on Angieslist. An on-call serviceman called me right back, and walked me through the do's and don'ts on making life livable until the following Monday. He made sure I understood the difference between Emergency Prices and Weekly Prices. The extra day gave me time to try each of the possible solutions he gave me, and when Monday arrived I knew where the problem was. I just couldn't reach it myself. A service team arrived promptly (early even) on Monday, and within an hour my worries were over.

Everyone I spoke with was courteous and genuine. Their service crew were considerate and receptive to my endless questions. The price was worth the weekend's worth of coaching, let alone the clearing of my root-riddled pipes!

They did a very professional job and even showed up on time. They were very helpful in suggesting a replacement water filter and where I could get it. I am sure they would have gotten it for me but I thought I could save some labor cost by picking it up myself and have them install it. They charged $90 an hour for labor and had two men working on site.

They were efficient and very pleasant and very skilled.

I absolutely love them. They are fabulous. They were the only one who could do that job in this entire area. I think their price was also fair.
