It was pretty good. It didn't take them long and the guys were friendly.

It was hard to get in touch with the company/owner and didn't come when they stated! They also did not wash the trampoline when I asked and they never moved anything off the porch to wash under certain pots. Would not use them again!

I emailed the owner through their website to set up a quote.  Once I received it and it sounded reasonable, we scheduled a day/time.  That day/time came and no one showed up.  I called and was told someone would be out shortly.  Then I called again and no one came again.  Finally, I said he could forget coming out because I wasn't waiting around any longer and was told they'd cancel the service.  About 30m later, my doorbell rings and it's that company.  I said, fine, go ahead.  I was told by that tech that he wasn't ever notified about anything until about 30m before he showed up when he was told, by the owner, to come out to our house ASAP.  Anyway, he cleaned the house and didn't touch the driveway.  I said he was supposed to do that, too, so he did.  There were lines left on the driveway upon his completion, and he said they'd go away when it dried.  We're now 4 months later and there are still lines.  Considering we're in a drought, I'm pretty sure it dried.  I called the company and the owner (Mike) said he'd send someone out to fix it.  No one has been out to check or fix it.  The house looks nicely pressure washed, but I can't say anything else for their service, punctuality or professionalism.

I first called to get an estimate and information on having our house, outbuildings, and carports pressure washed. I had to leave a message and waited most the day for a return call. Eventually I got tired of waiting for the return call and called back and got the owner or manager who then gave me an estimate of $450 for the entire job. We had an agreed upon date set up for the following Saturday morning which was 8 days from the date we spoke. On the Saturday they were to arrive I became alarmed when no one showed up as expected and got ahold of the owner to find out why they were not here. He apologized saying he had been out of town most the week and the man assigned to do the job was to have called me the day before. I might also add I had called them the day before as well just to ask the call to confirm. The owner went on to say that due to bad weather earlier in the week they were running behind and unfortunately could not make it there to do the job that day. He was sincerely sorry for my not being notified and said my job would be reduced in cost by $50. We then agreed on having the job done the following Wednesday, and this time the man that was to do the work showed up as expected. The service and outcome was in my opionion excellent as my house and outbuildings are much much cleaner now. It took just about 2 hours for the man to complete the work and the only negetive thing I can say is that he failed to wash my carports in the manner I expected. I was busy at the time he finished and had my partner go out to pay him when the work was done. We paid $400 for the service and I added a $25 tip onto that. After he was gone I got out to check the work done and was very satisfied till I got a look at my carport roofs. My partner then tells me the man said he could not reach them from the ground and just sort of rinsed them off and sprayed them with some of the cleaning fluid to help loosen the dirt. I have to admit that I was a bit ticked off as I do not know why he did not use his ladder and get up there to do the washing as it should have been done. However, since I failed to go out to check the finished work I decided to let it go this time since overall the work performed was excellent. I do plan on using the services of this company again providing they agree to do the carport roofs at the same level as the rest of the work being done.

Excellent, the representative was extremely professional, and performed an impeccable job. Highly recommended will use again. They are a little hard to get ahold of at times, but that's probably because they're very busy. They are probably in very high demand, that happens when you do a great job. A class act.
