I changed my mind and decided to rent my home out. She was so kind upon receipt of the news that we wouldn't be moving forward with the sale. I felt so guilty because of all the work she put in; literally - multiple phone calls, dozens of questions and hours of pre-contract work. She is the consummate professional, has excellent customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. I would absolutely use her in the future and you would be doing yourself a disservice by not giving her a shot at your business.
