General Remodeling
Bought an older home with a 203k loan. Some things had to be rehabilitated to pass final inspection. Contract stated specific time frames and cost that both parties signed. One in particular was, work could not cease more then 30 days....we are almost 45 days no contact whatsoever. There is a laundry list of problems but that is the major part.
