They are outstanding. They couldn't be better. We have recommended them several times. They are extremely reasonable. They are fast, and come out when you call them. There is nothing bad about this company.
We had many problems with( the apparant construction of a new home. Problems that were overlooked by our other hvac service. Over a period of years the problems were appearing & in spite of the service we had formally contracted with, those problems were either never discovered or ignored ,After a while those problems surfaced in ways that were difficult to understand. Using Angies List we found Air Mechanix, Tony, Garrett & Justin came to our house went through carefully & listened to our concerns. They diligently metered analyzed and began to correct the problem. This took many days of discovery of trial & repair. They also recommended a responsible & fair insulating company for us when they found a massive amount of non insulated areas. Slowly we are recovering due to Garretts research,suggestions & implementing & installing. We had several companies in with tests etc. at great cost, & appraisals.& we were leary of more hvac unknowns, so in trusting & seeing results as well as Garrett pointing out the target problems ( in one situation Garrett repaired a part that he noticed while he was investigating a nearby ) That small fault would have been amajor problem in a short time & unknown to us. He noticed it & then fixed it,as a kindness to us,
We cannot say enough good words for Garrett,Tony (his experience in furnace & a/c) shows in so many ways. Garrett has that same infor as well as the newer (hvac) available products, A great combo for us.

We paid the deductible as required by the home warranty company therefore I cannot grade on price but, service was impeccable.
When I called for emergency service, I was told that it would be more expensive since it was the holiday and if I could wait one more day, it would be cheaper since it would be the weekend rate. We were so hot, I told them to come out that day. They arrived within a short time, quickly fixed the problem, and also gave us some advice to help make our system more efficient. We will be using them again.
I didn't know what was wrong with the unit, but next time I'll do some research before calling Air Mechanix. Better yet, I might try another A/C company and get confirmation up front about minimum charges, requesting that the hourly rate being charged equate to an hour's worth of work.
