Excellent- Mr. Short is a saint & pipe whisperer. He quickly located the leaking pipes the other person broke and found the “missing” valve just as swiftly. We finally have water now and the job is finished within a couple of hours. He is very honest and his pricing of services proves as much. We are very grateful to have been put in contact with him.

The services were excellent. Problems were identified and explained. The repairs and final set up for the irrigation went off without a hitch. This is a very experienced person who will take the time to illustrate the problem and the method of solution. A great person to have doing the work.

He has come several times, he doesn't get frustrated when the problem is not obvious. He always finds the issue. He doesn't charge me too much and just does a great job. He works with my existing system although he did not install it.

Bill was very professional. He had all the right tools to begin and finish the job. He left the yard looking like he had not been there. He gave me his card and said he would be right back if there was a problem. He came highly recommended to me and I see why.

Excellent. I called Bill and he came by and took a look at what I had. We couldn't determine the status of the shallow well, and although he occasionally replaced well pumps, he felt it would be better if he got a a friend of his who was a well expert to look at it. They came over the next week and determined that power was good at the pump, that the pump itself was bad, and that there was water at about 20 feet down which seemed OK. Bill called me back the next day with a price for the well pump (which was controlled by a relay driven by the controller) rather than by a pressure tank. The price was $750 parts and labor which I thought was reasonable since there was plumbing and electrical work to be done in setting the pump and getting it operational so I gave the OK. The pump was installed the following Monday and they got a good flow rate of very good water. Bill started on the rest of the job on Tuesday by first installing a new controller (microprocesser based), then repairing buried wiring to 3 of the 7 zones, and finally repairing or replacing the sprinkler heads that were not working or were missing. This work included moving the position of 2 of the rotating heads for better coverage. Everything now works.
