Fencing Service
The contracted was signed four days prior to the new HOA board members taking over the Home Owners Association, unfortunately the outgoing board member signed and paid the contract in full. We immediately tried to cancel the contract, and the owner refused because he already ordered the fence. After two and a half months, no progress was made or any attempt to put up a fence. March 8th, 2017, we negotiated a deal to cancel the contract and have our payment refunded minus a restocking fee. Since the March 8th negotiation we have attempted to contact the contract on seven different occasions. He has not returned our phone calls or answered his phone. His registered business phone no longer excepts messages because the voice mail is full. We as an HOA board from the beginning felt that this deal was shady to begin with, and the owner is very aggressive. We gave him several opportunities to make this ugly situation right, but he has poor business ethics. Stay clear of this company. Don't pay them upfront, and read the contract carefully, only an idiot would sign this type of contract. Buyer beware
