I called and made an appointment for the next day. Mr. Billy Joyce arrived right on time and had my dishwasher repaired in about a half hour. He is such a positive friendly man and did a great job. Instead of spending $700 or more for a new dishwasher, I spent $65 and it is working great again.

"Billy" came out, diagnosed the problem, and was able to repair the problem right there. He even suggested I buy a filter I needed from Amazon rather than from him to "save a few bucks".

My dryer stopped working and I called hoping it was just a belt. He took the panel off and said the belt was fine. He took off the back panel and inspected the fan and discovered a sock pushed down into it. After removing the sock, he accommodated my request that we vacuum out all the dust, dirt and yuck that was in and around the dryer parts. No problems since then and he was a pleasure to work with.
