Home Inspection
I thought the inspection went well, until I experienced a problem that almost burned down the house. The inspector failed to inspect the dryer ducting, and the roof. The builder had roofed over the hole cut for the dryer duct, which heated up and started to burn. It was caught before any real damage was done, but it is something that should have been caught before hand. When I called, I got a very poor response from the inspector and he said he doesn't keep any records after 90 days. He refused to take any kind of responsibility. He never even offered an apology.
