He is a very meticulous person but it’s just that he is not organized. Four years ago he had done some addition to our daughter’s house and that is how we found him. They were pleased with his work. In spring of this year when we came home back from church we saw one of the trucks in front of our neighbor’s house and we thought that they had some water problem. Two days later when we went down to our basement, we saw that our basement was fully finished. The basement had plastered ceiling, plastered walls, had all over carpets, two bedrooms and four bathrooms and it’s a nice basement. When we saw that water was coming down underneath along the basement walls we didn’t know what to do and then we got a hold of Bryan the contractor. Then he said what he could do was to put two drains in our backyard and add couple of down stops to our gutters. We had almost 60cm rain this year. The water table is extremely high. When they were putting the drains they had to put it across the chain fence that we had. Then they found 12” below the surface of the ground was water and that’s how we connected to this guy this time. He was very good and he just tries to do too much with little resources. The quality of work was excellent.
