Lance came recommended by a friend at work. We are so grateful we used him. He came and took care of our problem quickly. No muss, no fuss. Got the job done and at a very reasonable price. Professional all the way. We are so grateful for his help to get our problem resolved.

Cut and section the front lawn so all the pieces fit back together like a puzzle and the lawn looks like it had not been ditched. Dug ditch, removed old pipe and install new pipe. Repaired a lawn water box and properly reinstalled the City Water Service Box. Overall excellent job and I recommend Lance to all my friends and neighbors.

Our outside faucet broke off and was filling the yard and the kitchen with water. He came out immediately was done in no time. I would definitely call AAA Plumbing again.

Excellent service! I always contact AAA Plumbing when plumbing issues arise at my father's house. My father really likes the work and professionalism provided by this company. In addition, they always respond right away to resolve plumbing issues.

AAA was on time and called before arriving. He knew exactly what was expected and got right to work as it was the second job he had that day. He ran new, half-inch, galvanized pipe about 20 ft. While he was at it, he noticed the original line to the gas grill and the gas water heater was a mess, so he rearranged the lines making everything look and operate more cleanly. Upon completion he lit the pilot on the water heater, and made sure everything else that ran on gas, including the installed grill, was operating properly. My only negative issue at the time was a racially insensitive comment he made just as we were settling up the bill. Although it rubbed me the wrong way it did not detract from the seemingly excellent work.
Then the trouble began. The next morning, we had no hot water. I relit the pilot on the water heater and left to go to work. That evening my wife told me she had a cold shower that morning. That's when I knew I had a problem. I relit the pilot, and watched. After about 15 seconds of flame, the heater shut off. I called AAA, left a message and he got back to me right away. He said he couldn't imagine what could have happened and that something must have gone wrong with the heater, I asked if he could come out and look at it, he said yes. A few minutes later he called back to say he spoke with his and quot;water heater guyand quot; and said that a cutoff switch may be bad and that I could/should call the manufacturer to have them ship a part. That evening I started doing a little research and found a service tech that Rheem (the manufacturer) recommended to repair the heater. To make a long story short,
We had a new water heater installed by a different plumber only to discover it didn't stay lit as well. After a little further troubleshooting we found the problem: dust from inside the pipe had been knocked loose and settled inside the shutoff valve that AAA had moved. There was so much dust that when the valve opened it only allowed enough gas through to light the pilot, but not fire up the burner. Three different people all thought it was a bad control panel, when it was really just a bunch of dust blocking the line. Was all this the fault of AAA? Hard to say, I can imagine he spends most of his time working with water and not Nat Gas. Water has much more mass so when it is turned on, it simply washes the dust away. I wish I would have insisted on him coming out again, but it is likely we would have agreed to do the same thing. The second plumber didn't think about the dust either. So now we have a new water heater, the replaced one was 8 yrs. old, and should have plenty of hot water for years to come.

I was pleased with them. The work that he did was good. I did not like that he billed me later instead of when he was here. I had no idea what the bill would be until I got it in the mail, that was a little scary not knowing how much it was. Though I should have asked him upfront how much it was going to be. I felt like I was rushed to make a decision on the new plumbing line. Other than that I was happy with what he did.

Left phone message - reply came within 20 minutes. Very nice person on the phone. The plumber came about an hour later, arriving a few minutes early. He inspected the bathroom drain pipe; removed the pipe; had all the parts on truck; finished within an hour. Inspected second bathroom drain pipe - said it was okay. Personable and cordial.

Called at around noon and scheduled an appointment for that same day after I would be home from work. Mr. Lucas called about 45 minutes prior to arriving to give me a more precise estimate of when he would arrive. Mr. Lucas knew exactly what was wrong and where the problem was, and got it fixed in less than an hour. Time to perform work and cost were both less than I expected.
I will definitely use again.

The phone contact with AAA Plumbing was very helpful and professional. The plumber came to my house as soon as he was finished with another job. Went straight to work to fix the issues we had and offered to snake the drain to help with a drain fly problem and a sink that was slow to drain. Was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was great. Will use AAA Plumbing again!

Mr. Lucas came in, did the job and left. He was professional, on time and got the job done without any problems. I thought the price he charged was fair and I was happy with the work he did.

The last problem we had was a leaky pipe in our garage. Lance tore out the sheetrock, found the leak and replaced the pipe. This wasn't the most challenging job we've given him. He has outfitted several of our bathrooms with new fixtures, repaired other pipes and fixed some real problems with the plumbing in our office. Including outfitting a bathroom the size of a bathroom you'd find in an airline...tiny. Lance found the best fixtures for a bathroom that size and we have room to spare! He can handle almost any plumbing problem, if he can't he will be honest and tell you what to do.

Mr. Lucas was prompt and professional and did a magnificent job and the cost was more than fair. My new sink and vanity made a huge difference in the way the bathroom looks. This is the second time I have used this company and I am thrilled that I have found a plumber I can count on.

My faucet in the kitchen quit working, but I could still get water from the sprayer. Since I had planned to replace the sink and faucet anyway, I looked for a plumber on Angie's List and found Mr. Lucas. I called him Monday morning, Aug 9 and he met me that afternoon to measure the sink, but when he told me he could go ahead and do the work that day, I called my office to let them know I would be out the rest of the day. Since I don't live far from the Home Depot I left to go buy a sink and new fixtures while he removed the old fixtures and sink. When I got back he showed me an area where the wood that the sink secures to had rotted away due to water damage. Luckily, I had a piece of wood that worked perfectly. So in addition to the plumbing work he did, he had to be a carpenter too! Later that afternoon as I was rearranging things under my sink, I noticed a small drop of water drip from one of the PVC pipes. I called Mr. Lucas today, Aug 10, and he fixed it in no time. I couldn't be happier with my new sink and faucet and will definitetly recommend Mr. Lucas. In fact, he's going to come back and replace my toilet and install a new sink and vanity.
