Poor quality workmanship on 1st visit of annual maintenance plan… Didn’t do any diagnostic evaluation at all.. Tried to cancel remaining service on my prepaid plan.. Was told they don’t offer cancellations or refunds..

During Hurricane Matthew we had brownouts; the power didn't go completely out. It did eventually completely go out. On responsiveness they came right out. I currently have a maintenance plan with them. They come out every 6 months to do a preventative maintenance check on it and everything.

My unit has been working fine. The guy gives me a call about 10 minutes before he is due here. He says, "Hey, I'm on the way, I'll be there in 10 minutes." He shows up in 10 minutes like he said he would and he introduces himself and explains what he is going to be doing, does it and he explains what he did before he left.

I'm happy with them. They're prompt, they answer when you call them up, they know who you are because you're a customer, it's not like you're a number or something. They're prompt, you tell them what you need, they come out and schedule it and do it. They're here when they're supposed to be here. If they say they'll be here between 8:00 and 12:00, they're here between 8:00 and 12:00, no excuses or anything. I've had no problems.

"Good afternoon Mr. and Mrs. [Member Name Removed], We were dispatched to your home on 7/18/2014 with Old Republic Home Protection. As you stated the indoor coil was VERY dirty and did to lack of maintenance. You paid AActionAir the $ 60.00 co-pay. We called your claim into the warranty company and Old Republic Home Protection denied your claim with us. If your coil was cleaned in place, of course this would be extremely less expensive. The AActionAir technician's professional opinion was to perform a pull and clean of the coil. I am happy YOUR warranty company decided to honor a portion of your claim and your system is working years later. With proper maintenance, you should continue to experience this for years to come. "Here at AActionAir we take reviews VERY seriously! Reviewing the service history: AHS dispatch imported FRIDAY 2:20 p.m. 10-9-16, we called within an hour of receipt of the dispatch. Scheduled within 36 hours during normal business hours. The opportunity for after-hours service was denied because of additional cost. The call was properly diagnosed on scheduled date, AActionAir followed your warranty company procedure, ordered the part, scheduled accordingly to complete repair. All scheduling and part ordering process is due to the procedures and guidelines we must follow with the warranty company, delaying repairs every time."

They’ve been here before. It was very good. They are excellent. They show up on time and they did what they said they would do. They left on time and my air conditioning system is working very nicely.

They were very professional and prompt. My husband was not happy that they didn’t actually clean out the air conditioner. He felt like the filters should have been hosed off since it was spring maintenance and the bottom of the air conditioner should have been cleaned out. They were very courteous.

I had an okay experience with them. I thought put a new spout where the water comes out of because it looked kind of awkward, to have the new knobs and not the new spout. Other than that, it was okay. The price was kind of high. I would use them, but I would check to see if I can get it done cheaper elsewhere.

I have reviewed your calls. 6-25-2014 - We diagnosed a leaking evaporator coil, American Home Shield denied your claim. 6-06-2014 - We adjusted the refrigerant charge 2-18-2014 – We found unit flooded and recommend a new system. (member name removed), we professionally diagnosed your system. What the warranty company approves and denies is determined by your coverage. We take pride in our work whether through a warranty company or directly with customer. Given the opportunity, AActionAIr MUST do the right thing. I cannot see where we didn't offer a correct professional opinion and offer solutions. I believe your review to be an unfair one, and ask for its removal. After reviewing invoices , I looked in our pictures of repairs to verify diagnostics. I did not see a permit pulled from Savannah Factory Air. I called the city of Savannah to verify. I hope your installation was up to code. I hope they continue to satisfy your HVAC needs in the future. Please consider the removal of your post. Thank you, John General Manager"
