Landscaping
He makes me text him my address and promised to come to my house for an estimate. He never came or called. I wasted my day waiting for him to show up . He's unreliable and disrespectful.

Landscaping
We were scheduled to have an estate sale at my mother's house, and he got it ready. We are having him maintain the lawn while we sell the house. I have had him work before, and he has always done a very good job at a reasonable price. His English is sometimes hard to understand, but his good points more than make up for that.
