Carpet Cleaning
It was fine overall. They were polite and friendly, very courteous. Their carpet steaming machine was broken, so they shampooed our carpets. We really would have preferred the steaming, and I wish they had told us that before they got here. The shampooing took over 24 hours to dry, and that was a little frustrating.
Overall, though, they are cheaper than all of their competition and did a good job. The complaints are pretty minor. Our carpets are definitely clean, and they were cheap.
