 + 5 moreDo not use Randall Rollins for anything other than simple paint jobs. He is far from professional and is incapable of correctly performing tasks other than the mundane. He is a poor plumber (everything leaked), works less-than normal hours (6 hour days), is horrific when it comes to wood floor refinishing and installation, and has a poor attitude. He promises the world, but consistently over-reaches and under-delivers. He walked out on us, not reaching the terms of our two contracts and refuses to finish the job (even though he has been compensated).
Description of Work: installed new dry wall (poorly done) painted entire interior of home (horribly patched and painted) installed light fixtures installed plumbing including faucets, shower heads, etc. (most of which leaked) attempted to re-finish floors (twice) and did a horrific job
