Do not use Randall Rollins for anything other than simple paint jobs. He is far from professional and is incapable of correctly performing tasks other than the mundane. He is a poor plumber (everything leaked), works less-than normal hours (6 hour days), is horrific when it comes to wood floor refinishing and installation, and has a poor attitude. He promises the world, but consistently over-reaches and under-delivers. He walked out on us, not reaching the terms of our two contracts and refuses to finish the job (even though he has been compensated).
