Howard diagnosed dryer issue as faulty switch, overrode system so dryer would work until new switch could be ordered; blew out dryer duct which was full of lint; determined freezer gasket was fine. Howard is wonderful--he fixes appliances, rather than insisting you buy new ones; he doesn't say an appliance needs repair when it doesn't; if he can't fix it, he will refer you to someone who can; he is honest, dependable and charges fair prices for his services. We have used him several times, have always been completely satisfied and would recommend him to others without hesitation!
