He worked out a design, put together a materials list with estimate, and did most of the actual work, which included a walk-in closet and separate storage room, new metal roofing, four new doors, two large windows, and new exterior wallboard for the entire front of the house... He out-sourced specialists as needed for the spray-in foam insulation, custom wiring, HVAC, concrete floor work, drywall, and some of the paint.(Larry did most of the paint himself...).. After the carpet was installed, I noticed how tight and quiet the room was, much more than other rooms in the house...
