The son of the owner/manager of this company and his companion came on time to my house. However, after finding out that one of my problems was just pulling the pull chain on the light in the ceiling fan (which was on a 3-way switch) that fixed the problem, I was still charged their ridiculous $100 "trip charge". They replaced a 600 watt dimmer switch with a 1,000 watt one, checked another dimmer switch that was found to be in code, and then left. The two electricians spent less than 9 minutes in my house. The owner's son said the new dimmer switch cost was $30.00. I asked if he would reduce my charges. I was billed $153.20 for their visit about five days later. The second they left, I had called the owner/manager and left a message asking to reduce my bill to a more reasonable amount. The guys drove just a few miles to get to my house, and the dimmer switch only cost them $30.00. They up-charged me on the dimmer switch by about $20.00. I called again after receiving my bill, but the owner/manager did not pick up. I left a message pleading with them to reconsider charging me $153.20 for less than 9 minutes of work. I have yet to hear from them! This company is all about money. They really could care less about their customers or what situation they are in, because they don't have the common courtesy to return phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOUR ELECTRICIAN. FIND SOMEONE WHO CHARGES A MORE REASONABLE RATE AND CARES ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE!
