 + 0 moreVery bad. The man that sold me the pump was very good but the one that I talked to when I went back was a jerk! He wanted to send someone out and disconnect the pump and bring it in to store for only $26! I tried to explain that there was nothing wrong with the actual pump and the pressure switch was the problem. He would not listen to me. I asked how much a new switch would be and he said $20 and something. I bought one from Electrical Supply of Brunswick ( GA) for $14 and my husband replaced it. I hope and pray nothing else goes wrong with the pump or Im screwed!
Description of Work: I pruchased a 1 HP well pump approx 2 months ago from them. I paid with my MC and my husband, who is a licensed electrician connected it. It had a faulty pressure switch and I went back to the store and reported it to the "manager" and he wouldnt do anything. The cashier put all personal information in the computer at the time of purchase. He would not do anything because I did not have the orginial cash register receipt. Beware! I will never buy any from them again!!
