By the time we got home from Christmas vacation, they had the foundation poured and were ready to start framing. All went well from there. There were a couple of minor mistakes but they fixed the problems right away and in hardly anytime. They gave us a 5 year guarantee that we didn't have to use. I would not hesitate to call them if I had any problems with the house. We added almost as much house as we already had. Howard saw to the architecture so there was really not much for us to do besides pick out fans and hardware for cabinets, etc. Over all it was a very pleasant experience. They answered all my questions right away and did a fine job.
