+ -1 moreI would think that the manager would want to maintain customer relations and that he would have offered some type of compromise. But, he did not. We are out over $700 and they are not at all concerned.
Description of Work: H & H was moving to another local location and "supposedly" had greatly reduced prices. We laid on the mattresses and purchased the "correct" one. They did not deliver it as promised which required at least 2 phone calls over maybe 2 weeks to have delivery. Then . . . when wanting to turn the mattress, I find out it is one sided. Of course the salesman never mentioned this was a monster whose life was to be greatly shortened since I could not turn it over. I was blindsided. They did send out someone to check it out but guess what. . . .it was just fine according to their standards. So, that is the end of their story because we stupidly enhanced their bottom line. Whatever happened to the word integrity!
