Company founder and president, Ernest Linzie, spent 12 months of relentless research and study discovering how the U.S. Department of Energy, through it's Build America Program, had developed a blueprint for increasing building interior control and comfort all while saving power cost to maintain the buildings interior environment. To add additional value to his company's products and services, Ernest attained became a certified building analyst through the Building Performance Institute. BPI is one of two certifying organizations for the control and comfort of building environments. Green Day Energy provides home inspections services to homeowners and businesses in Burnswick, St Simons Island and Jekyll Island area of Georgia Meet the Business Owner Ernest is a Christian business man with over 25 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and business operations. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami and a technical diploma from Athens Technical College in Air Conditioning Technology and is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector. He and his lovely wife of 38 years have 5 grown children and live in St Simons Island, Georgia.
