 + -1 moreThe first contractor that I hired (who was from Blackshear) did not show up to work after the first day. Turns out, the first contractor got arrested. My wife stays at home with our two toddlers and we were freaked out that we had such a person working in our house. So my father and I went to Langs Building Supply and asked who would they hire to convert our garage to a bedroom. The employees at Langs all use Andy Holmes. At bottom, Andy is a great, honest guy and is beyond prompt and punctual. My dad is a neurotic perfectionist and Andy's work satisfied my dad's (and my wife's) expectations. In fact, my dad is going to get Andy Holmes to do work on his house. As far as I can recall, my dad has never had any type of contractor work at his house. Andy is that good and his pricing is totally fair. Andy is clean and never leaves a mess. I would not hesitate to call Andy Holmes on any job.
Description of Work: We had to convert a garage to a bedroom, ADD BATHROOM, and then attach that to our house.
