WATSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

I called the office to arrange to be shown a house they have advertised for rent. I was told that I needed to come to the office and someone would show me the house. I requested that someone meet me at the house which is less than a half mile from where I'm staying. I was told their policy is to require people to come to their office. I drove over 6 miles to the office only to discover that they would only check out a key to me and only after getting my thumbprint in addition to a copy of my drivers license. I drove over 6 miles back to the neighborhood to show myself the house. I then had to drive over 6 miles each way to return the key. I have never before known a company to manage the showing of houses for rent or for sale in this fashion. Not having an agent available to answer questions while at the house was disappointing.
