TURNER BROTHERS HEATING & AIR

I hired Turner Brothers to do preventive maintenance on my heating and air conditioning system in Dec 2020, I paid the tech the same day now 6 months later Turner Brothers sent me a invoice for the service that day. Watch out for this business as they will try to double bill you 6 months later.

They were very good and were very pleased with the work. I will recommend them to others.

We were working with Turner Bros. from a distance, but they were right on the job, got our new unit in just as promised and made sure everything was in good working order. Excellent!

The technician was able to come to the house within a few hours if me calling. He quickly assessed the situation and discovered the drain leading to outside the house was clogged and opened up the section of pipe again. He also discovered that when my unit was placed they it was never plugged in an area it should have been and promptly fixed the area and gave me information in a preventative maintenance program the company provides to prevent this from occurring again. Overall two thumbs up for not only the quick turn around time but going above and beyond in educating me on my system!

I would use them again.

There was no charge for the service. They are a local company and they have been there for a long time. The owners checked on the workmen all the time. The air conditioner lowered my electric bill about $100 a month. I've been using them for 1 1/2 years. They are squared away. They are a very good company. I will absolutely continue to use them.

Last evening, the A/C unit stopped cooling. The air handler was still working, but the outdoor unit was not. I called Turner 30 minutes before they opened (730am). They called back within 15 minutes. Matt, the technician, called me within the hour to say he was on the way. 20 minutes later, he arrived. A few checks determined that the capacitor was bad. Matt replaced the capacitor, did several system checks following replacement.
From the time of my initial call to replacement was 2 hours and 15 minutes. I can't say enough about the prompt, professional and courteous service.
Although they were not the initial installer of this unit, I will use them for all of my A/C needs in the future.

Carried out required service and found out that a casket had blown that was replaced that day. Service agent was professional and completed the work quickly.

The three gentleman were here and gone by 3 p.m. They were very professional.

First, I owned a heating and air conditioning company in MA for 38 years before coming to Georgia which gives me a unique perspective on this business. Turner did not install my original Trane heat pump systems as they were not my builder's choice at that time (2003) but later became his choice for his customers as well as himself in his new home. I initially called on them for service back in 2006 and they were prompt, efficient and thorough in servicing my relatively new systems. Since then they are my "go to" company for maintenance and emergency service. It's a family company and I'd rate it the best in Camden County. Their only drawback is they're not salesmen which most consumers will appreciate who have been pushed in to unnecessary purchases. I haven't used them in 2 years because I change air filters regularly and systems have had no problems.

When the last cold snap hit my heating went out. With 3 children in the house I couldn't do without heat. I called Turner Brothers heating and air and they came right out. As much as they tried they couldn't repair my unit (It was installed when the house was built in 1991). Although they didn't have an opening until March 25th they told me that they wouldn't let my kids be without that long and fit me in on the 12th. They showed up on time, installed a whole new unit and had me warm again in no time. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
