I only have internet with them. they are trying to bogart HBO and other streaming services by making you provide you TDA login information so the can secretly charge you/ not provide you with services. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Here is a list of the following employees and there employee ID# who did not do anything to help: Kaciyaon ID#0Qk Sonny ID# USRVHB HORRIBBLE PEOPLE. DO not let Sonny talk to you. He is rude and Condescending. and will try to get more money for the horrible TDS company by talking to you like you are an idiot. **** THEM

TDS Telecom is a FAILURE! Internet went out on the 15th, waited until the 17th a tech 2 hour late partially fixed it. Said he was leaving the ticket open & someone would be back tomorrow. NO SHOW. I called in and they did NOTHING, apparently the tech lied..... So now the might be back on the 21st! Failure, lies and the worst service on the planet. My internet has been out and required a technician visit like 15 times since the beginning of the year. COVID 19 and the kids needed the internet to do their schoolwork and my household needs the internet to make a living as well. So now 5 days that no work is being done because of the internet has cost our household $600 in income. Way to go TDS, holds us hostage as they are the only service Woodbine has in here, it should be against the law for them to have a monopoly on a crucial service like Internet.

Great. This is a good deal since I was paying 100 for hughesnet inernet which is a ripoff. I was also paying 130 for dish tv service which is also a ripoff; it started low and kept increasing over time. This is too much for a single service.

We have had TDS phone service for over 25 years and TDS internet service for probably a dozen years now. Internet service is available 99% of the time. I have had to reset the router in my house a few times. Only twice in the dozen years that we have had TDS have we had to call for help. The techs on the phone were knowledgeable, professional, and spoke english. We do not have the full bundle, so we pay more than our neighbor for internet service.

I was impressed as the technician did not have to do anything. I should have had to call in a service request, but the technician took the five minutes to complete the task. Never even mentioned that it wasn't her responsibility.
I was very happy.

We have no choice for phone, internet , or cable. Their service is horrible. If it rains my internet and phone line is completely out. I can call for help when it's back up, but they never find anything so the problem is never fixed.

The tv service is through Dish and is horrible. They came an removed some dishes in my complex and cut my line. It took them two weeks to repair it. As far as the phone and internet they are great.
