ST MARYS FLORIST

The order was placed earlier in the week via their website. I selected the arrangement, provided my credit card and selected the delivery date. The confirmation assured me that it would be delivered on Saturday, May 10. The money was taken from my card the day I placed the order. On Saturday when the flowers had not been delivered I called the florist. Their was no answer and I got a voicemail. I left a message that my Mother's flowers had not need delivered and asked that I be called to see why. I never heard back on Saturday. Sunday, May 11th came around and I thought maybe they would have the decency to deliver the flowers or at least call me to explain what happened. When I heard nothing back I called again, this time the voicemail explained that they were closed on Sunday... wait, a florist closed on Mother's Day. It seems to me that a legit florist would be opened on one of, if one THE, busiest days of the year for florists. I again left a voicemail and explained that because they were unable to provide a service which I was charged that I wanted a refund and requested to be called back to be told why they did not deliver. May12th, I was called back by a woman proclaiming to be the owner and she began yelling on the phone that she was busy over the weekend and I needed to understand what this weekend was like for her. I assume she had called me after calling back many unsatisfied customers and was just in a mood because of her lack of professionalism and competence was unable to do the one this expected of her and that is deliver flowers. She said "I'll give you your d*** money back!" and then hung up the phone. I contacted my bank to make sure thing thief would not be able to drag this out.
