They are all A's except the price. The B for price is because I think it's a bit expensive, but worth it , because I've never felt taken for a ride by them. They seem to be honest, professional friendly, and reliable.

I'm not a mechanical guy and have learned over many years that trust in automotive service is critical and that is Sherwood's trademark here. Although I ventured North to Brunswick to buy 2 cars at a major dealership starting with an and quot;Nand quot; I had many bad service experiences that Royalty corrected. I'd send my Mom, daughter, friend, neighbor here without hesitation and I look forward to many more years with Royalty without worry.

We got a free coupon in mail when we moved here . Used it at our leisure . My son usually changes our oil. so we used it at our leisure . It came in handy when he was deployed to Iraq, They used synthetic oil and a good quality filter. our CLASSIC 2002 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN still running well

We have a 2005 VW Jetta and sometimes it can be problematic to service. This was the second time we had taken our car to Royalty. Again, they were very professional, straight forward and kept us informed throughout. We are happy with the service that was provided.

Roalty did over the time (since 2011) the following:
- Transmission torque sensor replacement / calibration
- valve mechanics and electronics
- timing belt replacement
- drying the whole car after AC plugged up
- standard milage service and oil change
- fuel pump replacement and gauge calibration
Everything was done in time, high quality work and in the right price range.

Royalty Auto Service completely blew me away with their service this week. My husband is working and staying 3 hours away, so when my headlights quit working, I was left to deal with the problem on my own. This was also a very busy week for me being the week of Thanksgiving. I had a whole week of school assignments to do inside of 2 days, 4 kids at home with me, and needed to prepare for a trip to see my husband on Thanksgiving. On top of all that, now I had to take the time to have my car worked on before the trip in 2 days because we would be driving at night. Royalty Auto Service made it so simple and convenient! They were able to get me in the same day so my plans wouldn't be interrupted, they picked my vehicle up for me so I didn't have to spend hours out of my busy day at the auto mechanics with 4 kids when I needed the time to work on my school work. The ladies in the office, Pam and Connie, were wonderful in keeping me informed around my work schedule (how often does a company call back exactly when they say they will - they did!!!) Sherwood made sure my car was done by the time I needed it to go to work the next day and informed me of an up and coming problem that would need to be addressed, including what the signs were, what to do, and how much it would cost to fix, and at the very end... they picked me up and left me with a water bottle and a beautiful rose in my car. Royalty Auto Service has completely changed the way I think about auto mechanics! Thank you all so very much for making this issue convenient and smooth for me!!!!
