It went well. The old glass was harder to remove than expected but he took care to prevent glass from entering living space as much as possible. New window looks good. I asked for a discount since he was not the low bidder and he complied with a 5% discount which helped to seal the deal. He cleaned up and left area looking good.

I brought in a small broken mirror along with my own replacement glass. I required a small specific cut that I was unable to do myself. Lee and Cates were wonderful and took my piece straight to the back and had it cut in under 15 minutes. They did this all at no cost to me, but I insisted that the specialist at least take a tip for the inconvenience. That is great customer service! I would go back for any and all work, not because they didn't charge me but because they took the time to do this small favor, you don't find that in businesses anymore.

New shower door looks great and works perfectly. The installation job was done to a high standard, taking into account some flaws in how the original door had been installed. Results were everything I had envisioned.
