They weren't very sure about what was going on with the window. I tried to explain it best I could, they made a suggestion that they would try and make it work. I didn't feel very comfortable with them coming back because they seem very knowledgeable about what they were doing in my opinion. They came out with a great attitude. But I think that was a little out of what they could do. They claimed they were handymen, but they probably could have done the wood work. Because they really explained how they were going to do some wood work because I had some wood damage around the window. But I don't think windows were their forte. They were very quick to get here, I'll give them that. They were quick to getting to my home. They were very responsive to what I was saying. They were really aggressive in what they were trying to do, but I think they lost the mark on what they could do. I think they really wanted to fix my window, but I think they didn't have the ability to fix it. They were reasonably priced. They were licensed, so I can't knock them for that. They were very responsive. They were professional, very courteous and kind.
