Description of Work: He came in and had to repair what a previous contractor/con-man did to my home. Very professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any of your home repair needs! Rebuilt walls, hung pocket doors, and drywall work was some of the work preformed.

Description of Work: Help You Build remodeled my much needed hall bathroom. I am so pleased with the results and the compliments I've received from out of town family and friends with comments such as, "Wow! It's like a Spa in here!" Bill Lawrence is very patient and a professional with every project. He has a large crew that are very polite, highly skilled in their field, and they think the world of Bill. Now that's saying something! I liked them so much, Help You Build is now remodeling my 2nd bathroom and I'm getting excited at the results I'm seeing already in the early stages! Next will be a new back door! Thank you Bill for all you do, including no stress, by knowing and trusting you provide great results!

Description of Work: Terrible service. I called to schedule some residing of my house. Showed up a little late but that's okay people are busy I understand that. But then when he was done he said he would email me the estimate, its been almost a month and nothing. Not a "Hey, I am working on your estimate" nothing. So I took it as he doesn't have time for me but he didn't call to tell me. It is very unprofessional to leave a customer with no notice of anything going on. I do not recommend this person for any work.

+ -1 moreThey weren't very sure about what was going on with the window. I tried to explain it best I could, they made a suggestion that they would try and make it work. I didn't feel very comfortable with them coming back because they seem very knowledgeable about what they were doing in my opinion. They came out with a great attitude. But I think that was a little out of what they could do. They claimed they were handymen, but they probably could have done the wood work. Because they really explained how they were going to do some wood work because I had some wood damage around the window. But I don't think windows were their forte. They were very quick to get here, I'll give them that. They were quick to getting to my home. They were very responsive to what I was saying. They were really aggressive in what they were trying to do, but I think they lost the mark on what they could do. I think they really wanted to fix my window, but I think they didn't have the ability to fix it. They were reasonably priced. They were licensed, so I can't knock them for that. They were very responsive. They were professional, very courteous and kind.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come out and seal a leak around my window.
