TV Service - Cable, Landline Phone Service + 1 more
The price is not good. We are not happy with the price. The quality is good. I am not too thrilled with them, they are okay. We had no problems when we dealt with them on phone. We will use them but if we find a lesser price from another company, we will not use them. We only had somebody come out once and they were professional. They could lower their prices and have more family friendly channels. For what we are getting $125 a month would be affordable.

I was with them for about eight to 10 years. Every time I turned around they wanted to up my bill. My last bill came in and it was $184 and there was a notice that it is going to go to $204. I said, I'm not paying $204 a month to watch TV and talk on the phone. I told Comcast to get all of their stuff out of my house and I called another company to get a new phone put in and I called another satellite company for satellite TV and I got rid of Comcast. My new bill will the stay the same. They gave me good service, picture quality, and internet connection, I didn't have any problem with that. The problem that I had, was for several years, I could call them around Christmas and they would lower my bill $20. This past year when I called them and asked for my standard discount at Christmas, they said that they couldn't do that and all of my options had run out and I would need to start paying the standard price. I got rid of them. I didn't like that. If you have a customer that has been with you eight, 10 years, you want to raise that bill up and loose that customer. Keep the bill like it was and keep the customer. I gave them that option. They charge too much money.
