I sent the company a message on Sunday and asked them to call me at work on Monday.  I told them I would be in to work at 7:00 am and they called first thing Monday morning.  I told them I was interested in the 3 rooms for $89.00.  I made arrangements for them to clean the following day at 5:00pm.  Frank arrived at 5:00 sharp.  He got out of the van and shook my hand and introduced himself.  He got right to work and was completely finished by 5:30.  My carpets look great.  It turned on my ceiling fans so that they would help with the drying time and also told me that it would take about 4 hours for the carpets to dry..  By the time I went to bed, the carpets were dry.  He gave me the bill and it was exactly $89.00.  I recommend this company and would use the again.

The technician was nice enough, but he did a poor job, and admitted it was a job he wasn't qualified for. He did refund me in full for the work, but I cannot recommend him for future jobs.

We had some pet stains that needed cleaned. After the job was done, they promised to come back if it was still an issue. And they followed through with their word. They even gave us a military discount.

They are amazing. We had stains that we truly did not think would come out. They are very professional, punctual, and courteous. As a local company, they obviously take great pride in building business relationships with the people of the area. I will not use any other company for my carpet, grout, furniture cleaning needs.

The services of A-1 were amazing. I had some dingy, nasty carpets and was prepping my house for sale. Dan came out with his van and in less than 2 hours, my carpets looked like new! His level of service was outstanding and his professionalism was amazing. I would highly recommend A-1 as they are propmt to answer the phone and their work can't be beaten.
