Your Free Time Cleaning Services is a top-notch business. We've been working with them for almost 10 years now for a variety of reasons. First, the service they provide is impressive. Jacinta, the company owner, trains her employees so that they understand what "clean" should look like. The employees are subject to quality control checks, so they maintain those high standards. The second reason that we've continued to work with Your Free Time Cleaning Service is because of the customer service: they are reliable and responsive. If you'd like to see a change in the way that something is cleaned, Jacinta will make that happen. If you need to reschedule an appointment, Jacinta will make that happen too. She is a an organizational wonder. The third reason is that we have come to trust the people in the cleaning crew: Jacinta hires good folks, and we are grateful for her judgment and hiring practices. The ladies did a great job! At first I was apprehensive since we were suppose to have 3 ladies come to clean but 2 showed up since one was sick. Phenomenal job! Top to bottom clean and they they were able to complete our three story townhome in 6.5 hours. We will be using them again!!

The owner schedules the same crew to clean our house every time so there is a feeling of consistency so we don’t have to go over the details every time. They always go above and beyond what we have asked them to clean, actually picking up rugs to clean underneath and dusting the ceiling fans, just to name a few. They are polite, professional and reliable and feel that they are worth every penny and more!

Excellent...the crew fixed my home. We had a house flood and after the crew left it was still messy/dusty in places and I didn’t feel comfortable with us in the house. Jacinta and team came in and scoured our house...I don’t think it’s ever been cleaner. They got the small nooks and crannies. They even wiped down the light fixtures. We will continue to use them on an ongoing basis.

First - I wish AngiesList would allow me give "Your Free Time" the triple 'A' rating they deserve for over delivering on all of the categories listed. Not only was Jacinta was as responsive and personable as other reviewers have already noted, she prioritized our in-home walkthrough on short notice, thoughtfully pointing out different details and options (and even cheerfully sharing professional product information that would allow me to save a ton of money cleaning my several chandeliers). She provided a very fair estimate given the size and condition of our home and quickly worked us into their schedule. The Your Free Time team was punctual, meticulous and so talented that our aging but recently remodeled house is once again looking like the brand new model home we fell in love with years ago. My wife and I are still marveling at the outcome and we will only be using and referring Your Free Time.

We have had Your Free Time clean our home for a year and a half now. They have always done an excellent job cleaning our home. We used another cleaning service at our previous home and it was nothing like the service that YFT provides. YFT staff is so friendly and they all go out of their way to make sure the cleaning is done right and we are happy. We LOVE the young lady who cleans our home! LOVE! She does an amazing job and is the hardest worker! And she is so kind. YFT does random house checks every once in awhile and make sure nothing is getting overlooked. Our other cleaning service didn't do this and it makes a difference. Rescheduling around vacations has been easy. They always show up when they say they will. We are happy and our house is clean!

The Company has provided house cleaning service for more than 10 years and although I have had different teams do the work over those years, the teams have provided good service. Only twice did the team not satisfy me and immediately at my request, the Company placed a new satisfactory team to do the work. The teams are trained, will perform the tasks specific to my house as I require and use my supplies. The Company provides unplanned quality inspections to determine if the team is performing up to Company expectations. The Company works with me if they need to make a team change which might require a schedule change.
