I contacted RJ at Wreck Tech after doing a google search. I had been fighting with State Farm for over a month on the Cash Value of our 2019 Honda CRV. I believed that State Farm was coming in about $1500 too low. When I contacted RJ, I was informed that State Farm should be using the value of the car at the date of the accident (almost 1-year back). He did a quick check and thought the Cash Value should be at least $5000 more. I hired Wreck Check and received an appraisal about 1-week later. Wreck Check is A#1 in my opinion. They delivered a fair payout from my insurance company, Liberty Mutual; that I would not have received without them. I was originally offered $1440 in the diminished value claim that I sought. Wreck Check could only get “their” representative to offer as high as $5500. By being patient and going through the process, which did require patience and persistence on my part; they were able to send the case to a fair umpire and get my payout to $7350. Now… I wouldn’t do myself what they did for only $450. Wreck Check was always available to take my calls, and some long periods of no communication occurred in this process. It’s because there was no new news to be had. Insurance companies and their representatives will stall the process and argue their side until many customers get totally frustrated and give up. My Wife was involved in a wreck where another driver ran a red light. Fortunately, no one was hurt. Wow! I never knew anything about Diminished Value Disputes prior and I was given RJ's name after my daughter was in a not-at-fault accident in her brand new, 1 week old car. I don’t recommend RJ Sweeney I personally spent hours with the dept of justice explaining his behavior towards a disabled veteran. He brags and breaks the privacy act what he gets others in their settlement which at no time did my client release that. Also, he is very unprofessional and thinks he is educated. I wouldn’t recommend this young man they went on vacation and the umpire rendered his decision prior to any negations he lost over 12k my client because of RJ Sweeney lack of interest due to his own personal family vacation. He took it knowing he was going on vacation instead of turning it down to a real public adjuster with experience. Please stay away from this company and the owner.

I don’t recommend this business at all RJ a claimed to know the umpire and get my claim processed. He couldn’t even get a half way point and also has no respect for disabled veterans. He still owes me 150 for taking my money for the insurance payment to the umpire I had to call Wells Fargo PayPal and two other agencies go to a real public adjuster not one that goes on vacation and let’s the umpire do as he wants. He blames the umpire and the insurance company he went on vacation and before he returned Monday the umpire made his decision don’t waste your money with this public adjuster go with someone more reputable and professional.

RJ is very knowledgeable. He walked me through getting a settlement when the insurance company wanted to play hardball. He was with me every step of the way. I normally don't have time to write reviews but RJ was so efficient I had to share with the world so others can know this is the right person for this job. After payment I received my appraisal with supporting documents then RJ guided me through dealing with the insurance company. After following his guidance I was offered $3,800 in less than a month. I contacted Wreck Check Atlanta when I reached a dead end in my attempt to get my insurance company to pay me fair market value for my Audi which was totaled in an accident. The adjuster was very rude and did not even consider my research, which showed that I could not replace my car with a similar model anywhere near the advertised prices, within a 500 mile radius. He basically said take it or leave it. He even decided that he would cut off my rental car payment now since he had determined what he would pay me for my car. Frustrated and on the verge of panic I did a Google search of automobile appraisers and found Wreck Check Atlanta. I immediately called and talked with RJ. After telling him my predicament, he told me that they were indeed under valuing my car. He told me how he could help me and his services would cost me $300.00. I thought about it and was wondering if it was worth it to pay him this amount in advance. Could he really help me? I reluctantly sent him the $300.00. I contacted the adjuster and told him that i was turning my case over to Wreck Check. I could tell that the adjusters tone was different after I told him this.
