It seemed all right at the time but we did not go up on the roof because of the height. They did not install an end cap on the ridge line and 6 years later the ridge line has a raised gap that allowed squirrels to enter. We had a warranty with them but Vanguard is now out of business so we have to pay another roofer to correct their incompetence. I gave a D for professionalism because a professional would have put the end cap on the ridge line and secured the ridge line better..
Also, we are paying an animal removal company to remove the squirrels.
This is the second one of Angie's list recommended companies that we had a warranty with went out of business. We are left paying much more money. I am wondering about the companies listed on Angie's List.
