Their pricing is the same of everybody else. I would not use this service provider again. The thing that bugs me about them is the realtor put a lock box on the house when the house was basically almost done. We had this appraisal coming up and the builder wanted to make sure the appraiser could contact them before entering the house. So, the appraiser doesn't call them. He just shows up at the house and he happens to be able to get in because there are two workers in there doing the final clean-up. So, he didn't know about any of the extra upgrades. He didn't care about the Argon glass, high-efficiency windows. He priced my house as though it was done by a production builder.  Well, let's put it this way. Since I was told that I have to go to closing tomorrow, I either go to closing and cough up the $25,000.00 difference or I lose $80,000.00. I would say it caused problems with the loan. I'm not happy about the whole thing. I have screamed and yelled at the realtor. That is the only reason I'm going to closing tomorrow because I don't want to lose $80,000.00. I will not use this service provider again.
