Taylor Construction

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We gave Taylor Construction $500.00 up front to hold a 10% discount on a walk in tub project. Thinking that we could get a refund before the project started, we decided to go to their showroom to take a look at a walk in tub. It was not at all what we wanted. We requested a refund and were told that cancellation had to be within 3 days of giving them our check. That was not made clear to us at the time we gave them our check. We are retired and on a tight fixed income. $500.00 is a lot for us to lose. We will never do business with Taylor Construction again.

We signed a contract with Taylor Construction on October 7, 2020 to have a tub removed and replaced with a walk in shower. We got 100% financing however the sales person asked us to put $500 down. Not sure why. I should have known then something wasn't right. It is now 2-2-2021, this company has not done any of the work and has not given us our money back. We have been given so many different excuses and its been a horrible experience. When we call the office on one answers the phone and they do not call back. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We thought they would be a good company because they advertise on t.v however we are left fighting to get our money back.
