Company sent very good salesman, but after that I struggled with the crew, and then the salesman who did not have the crews phone number to call, so he told me to communicate my issues with the crew manager at Taylor Construction, what? Why could he as a salesman be proactive and take care of speaking with the head crew manager, isn't that a part of sales? The main crew member had to wait at the hospital to pick up his helper, so he told me, but delayed arrival and no communication after a specific time period had past. The one main crew member stayed at my home until 9:00 p.m. at night on a Friday to try and finish the job, but then it got too dark for him to finish by himself. Before the main crew member arrived, two other crew members, who were very unproffesional and told me they had to hurry up on my job, because they had another one to go to, rushed like crazy to finish!! So they slammed and bammed to get my old gutter off of the house. They seemingly beat all over my fascia boards. Now the head crew member wants to come on a Saturday, (today), with short notice of a call just now on a Saturday. Run away from this company, very unprofessional. The company came up with all kinds of excuses for not coming on time, they just wanted my money. I asked them not to rush my job. The salesman actually told me that he had done everything he could to make us happy with the work. He told me that he had no control over the crew members or the work. I guess he could not make phone calls daily to ensure operations were running smoothly after the first incident I had with the company. I am a disabled veteran struggling already and it feels as if they want to walk all over people like me. The one crew member smoked around my home and even put his cigarette out on my porch post. They really did not want me there to watch. I asked them to be careful to not damage my new roof, but the gentleman did not listen and continued to scatch off granules and put divits into my brand new roof, when there was no need to put a ladder on the roof in the fashion he did. All he had to do is use a ladder on the vinyl siding to get to the gutter systems removed. Please do not make the mistake I did in hiring this company, they wasted my entire time on Friday, wanted to waste my Saturday so they could rush to finish the job as the head crew guy said he had to go to his brothers funeral on Saturday, (today). I guess it was a short funeral, because today on Saturday he wants to finish. So lets get this straight, the first day one crew member came to put on a house full of gutters and quickly stated to me that his team member could not help him today, because he was in the hospital with COPD, so he would have to come back on Friday, even though the job was to be completed on Thursday. The company has been in business for 40 years and then on Friday the crew was to be here between 9:00 a,m. and 11:00 a.m. I had to wait on the head crew member to pick his buddy up from the hospital all day on Friday while he let me know that he was picking his buddy up from the hospital at around 10:00 a.m. and stated to me that he would be coming within an hour. Unfortunately, he did not arrive even three hours later. So now I am in limbo, where I could do something else with my day on Friday I impatiently waited for this company to finish the job, as I have other things to do, which does not include solving problems for Taylor Construction. I wished they would have just rescheduled for the following week. After multiple calls on Friday to the sales guy and to the corporate office they finally send the two crew members who arrive around 4:30 as previously stated above. These guys were very unproffesional and told me they had to hurry up on my job, because they had another one to go to. I even tried to ask a couple of polite questions about the installation of the gutters, but I either got ignored, or I get a simple yes or no! Mind you, I am the one spending money and giving them a job so they may feed, cloth, pay bills, etc. etc. I felt as if they were upset with me, because I had ruined their schedule in some form or fashion. So they slammed and bammed to get my old gutter off of the house by ripping aggressively as seemingly not caring about my fascia, drip edge, soffit, or vinyl siding. They rushed so fast that they even destroyed their own large measuring device as they tried to get measurements to place the new gutter on the side of our home. So know they only had a 30 foot measuring tape to take measurements instead of a very, very long cloth measuring tool. I then actually had to give the sales guy the phone number to the main crew man as he did not even have it, isn't that ridiculous by this time in the day? I wanted to know if he was still on his way. I even recommended that they come back next week, but the salesman seemingly stated to me that he had no way of reaching the crew member, so even if he was on his way, he could not stop him from coming. The saleman gets ahold of the crew member, where the crew member did not return my phone call on one or two occasions. Finally, the crew member arrives at 5:30 ish after staying at the hospital all day to pick up his friend who helps with gutter installation. Unfortunately his friend was not out of the hospital yet. I am however thankful that the head crew member sent the unprofesional installer guys on down the road, because as soon as the extremely long gutter was being mounted with the two unprofessional and rude crew members, they actually began screwing the gutter onto my roof without even measuring for proper down flow of water. The main crew member with the big truck for creating the gutters began to finish the job by himself, mind you, he had a shirt that said he was from Taylor Construction and a truck that did as well, while the other two crew members came without any proof that they were a part of the Taylor Construction company, nothing on the side of their beaten up truck or shirts. They could have been robbers coming to mug me for all I knew. By the time the first two crew member left it was 7:30 ish, and now the head crew member was on his own for the next hour and half, while I sat there upset about the situation and really worried about a rush job being done and completed by 9:30 ish at night. It finally got so dark that the head crew man could not finish, so he told me that he would come Monday, because he had to go to his brothers funeral on Saturday. That brings me to the current day of Satuday. I never got another call from the salesman who seemed very short with me as soon as he thought our conversations were over. However, as you know I did get a call from the head crew member magically being able to install my gutters today on a Saturday with very, very, short notice and not a care in the world that my time is as valuable as theirs. Now they want to hurry up and do the job on my time, while I had to wait for them to get straightened out on both my time and their time. Sorry, my family does have a life and we wanted to do something on the weekend, that is why we scheduled installation for Thursday originally, which did not get completed. I wanted to take my family out for dinner Friday evening as well, but instead I had to sit on my walker in pain until 9:00 p.m. at least, because I wanted to ensure the job was done correctly. I never got another call from the sales guy (today) on Saturday before the installer called me to try and complete the job. He could have called and asked if the job was complete, cleaned up, and neat, or he should have known about the issues and informed me as to what the next step was. I have no idea of what time they may come next as of right now. He could have said so sorry that you and your family have had to sacrifice your valuable time, because we were not properly prepared for installing your gutters. I would be upset as a salesman if operations had treated my customers in this fashion, and I would have done everything in my power to ensure proper communication and follow through was done!! I much rather would have preferred them res
