It was a very smooth process. They came out and measured all the windows and the doors. Several weeks later, they called to schedule installation. They arrived on the agreed-upon day and went right to work. It was a substantial job, and it bled over into a second day, but they had finished all the inside work on the first day and were simply finishing the insulating, caulking, and finishing work on the exterior on the second day. We have absolutely noticed the difference -- there has been a significant reduction in exterior noise and our air conditioning is working much more efficiently.

Product quality and service were excellent! Arrived on-time, crew were courteous and professional, immaculate installation and cleanup, and no call-backs have been needed. We'll use them again for exterior doors and rear windows.

Great! They were punctual. They amen with a large crew and was able to complete the job in a day and half. The crew was very responsive to our requests and made sure we were satisfied. They had great follow up as well.

Installation went exactly as explained. They were on time and finished within the time frame given. The contractors were courteous and left everything in perfect condition, not a spec of debris left behind from the old windows. The windows look great!

Everything went very smoothly from the visit of the salesperson to installation. Most of the windows in our house were original, "builder grade" windows. Our house is much cooler now and we can open and air out the house easily. Windows also look great. Great value overall.

Great service, came with the full crew and replaced every window in the house in 6 hrs. Crew was cleaning during and aftter work and left everything the way they found it. Windows look great! I would reccomend Synergy again - it was a great experience!

Smooth and professional

Everything went as promised. I was kept posted as to when the installation was going to happen. The installation itself was extremely smooth and very well organized. All work including clean-up was finished in about 3 1/2 hours.

Crew showed up on time and worked until everything was completed. Very professional and meticulous with their work, cleaned up everything so couldn't even tell they were there! Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting/ needing better quality windows. Overall, Great experience!

The workmanship was outstanding - the crew was on time, professional, washed every window, and completely cleaned up all of the saw dust and scraps.

We were very pleased with the windows themselves, as well as all the interactions we had with the office and installation employees.  They explained the whole process up front and what kind of timeline we should expect, and everything went according to plan.  Everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous.  The installation was fast and clean.

The windows are beautiful, and we can already tell a difference in how the temperature in our home is better regulated.  Our heater runs less than before, and you can touch the windows when it's 40 degrees or lower outside, and they're barely cold to the touch.  We're extremely pleased with the product and with our experience with the company.  We highly recommend working with them.

Synergy company did an excellent job. We met up and they gave us the best available price on the market with the best materials used. Everything was done very professionally. They pointed out a lot of crevices and cracks in the windows that i have not noticed before and if they werent pointed out, winter days would be a lot colder! My windows look amazing now!! thank you!!!

The rep named Coco was great. She was very knowledgeable about the product and had samples. She was nonjudgmental and very helpful and trustworthy. Guys that measured and installed Windows did an excellent job, did all work in 1 morning and cleaned everything up! Company will help with financing too.

It was a great experience. The people that installed the windows (Jeff and his crew) were awesome. They were fast and clean. Even the office staff were all very helpful. Kimberly went out of her way to bring me color samples on a Saturday.

They arrived in the morning and were able to change out, foam seal and aluminum wrap 20 windows in less than 4 hours. I know that sounds like they cut corners but i watched and have construction experience. They were able to move so fast because they had probably 10-12 people and they worked like a well oiled machine. The windows work great and I have had no problems. I will update in a year to see if any issues develop and if there is a significant energy savings.

Initially, we were approached by a gentleman who asked if we were interested in new windows for our home. Since this was a project we were looking to do at the time, we talked with him. They offered a "Demo-home" pricing structure that matched pricing for the same amount of good quality (not the least expensive) double pane windows. There is a small amount of pressure in the sales pitch when the salesman comes to demo the actual windows but it was not overwhelming. Just the typical "We only make this offer to 3 homes and have 3 more appointments scheduled for this area already". Everything went very smoothly. My engineer husband quizzed the salesman on the technical aspects of the triple pane window and was satisfied with the quality and pricing. The Install team was very efficient and install appeared effortless! What a machine and Great team! You can tell they have done this a time or two before. It is too soon to determine how much of an energy cost saving we will see due to the triple pane windows but we did notice a reduction in outside noise instantly. Additionally, our AC did not switch on as often but it was the start of Fall weather. So far, we are very pleased. Would recommend them to friends.
