Generally been pleased with Stinger Pest.  When needed, they have always been responsive to come back to do extra treatments either interior or exterior.

I pay them every time they come out.

Initially we were quite happy with the services provided and things seemed to be working well. However, after the initial two visits the technician would just randomly show up. The calls we were supposed to receive preceding an appointment were not performed for months. We ended up having to call in order for this customary practice to be performed.  

We also noticed that the treatments were not as effective as we would have hoped. We still saw roaches and silverfish every now and again, but we knew that the rain plus our possession of food within the house would still attract insects so this was not initially an issue. However, when we saw a trail of ants in one of the bedrooms, we became more concerned. The final straw was the ineffectiveness of the mosquito treatment. We have two dogs and they were the primary reason for the treatment. However, up to a week after our last treatment I would still frequently see multiple mosquitoes flying around the dogs and I was still getting bit. It just seemed that whatever was used was not useful for our particular situation.
I truly have nothing negative to say about the staff (regardless of absent phone calls) because everyone I have spoken to has been very kind and professional. It would just seem that the products were not as concentrated as we would like.

They are always on time and they will call to remind me when they will be coming out. I have been very happy with their work.

Representative arrived early, explained processes and performed services as described. service went very smoothly. The representative was clear and very polite.

I did have them come back a couple of weeks ago for a re-treatment that they do at no extra charge. I am very pleased with their service. Whatever they do has actually been working, and I am not getting a lot of bugs and things like that. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I think they are really good. I have contract with them for one year, and I enjoy working with them.

They provided excellent treatment and great service. They did a great job. I recommend them to tons of people.

They are courteous and responsive. The quality of their work is good and I have been satisfied with their service.

He was supposed to complete the work stated above. He never did complete this job. When I asked him why, he said that I don't need the work. Instead of deducting from the total price they compensated by spraying chemical around the exterior barrier of my home. The number one priority was to secure the flashing to keep solve the squirrel the problem and he never did it.

I like them because when they come they do what they are supposed to do, and also because I don't have any termites around, at least that's what they say! Their prices are reasonable, just like everybody else.

The company representative spoke candidly about all aspects of the proposed project. They honored their "$100 off" online coupon without hesitation. They were punctual on all appointments. When I requested a return visit to take care of a small matter, they responded quickly. I sense that Stinger is small enough to care about individual customers and of such a professional caliber that the job will be done right.

Very punctual. This is the 5th service calls and most of the people did wonderful jobs. I have seen four different technicians and so far three of the person took time to do the job. One of the technician spread NOT ENOUGH chemical and ran through the surroundings of my house very quick. He finished the job in less than eight minutes while the other four people spent about 20 minutes. Overall, I am satisfied with the result of the chemical. You see results the next morning when you see lots of dead beetles or insects.

Being new to the south, a representative took much time with me explaining all these 'new' pests I may encounter and which ones could pose an issue to me or my home. Since first hiring Stinger last summer, I have been very impressed with the time they have taken with me, their friendly office staff and extremely attentive pest control people. Once I thought the mosquito spraying wasn't very effective and they sent someone out the next day to respray with good results. I really wouldn't hire anybody else!

Stinger is an excellent company. I got several estimates on both regular pest control and termite services, and Stinger is the only company that wasn't all about the high-pressure sales pitch. My regular service man is very professional and polite. I have called a couple of times about small problems and they immediately send someone to take care of it.
