Sergio did an awesome job cleaning up my backyard, removing small trees and lots of kudzu. His pricing was fair and the quality of his work was excellent. Sergio was very easy to work with and prompt to respond to texts/calls. I will hire him again.

Horrible experience! Contracted to have a hanging limb removed from a big oak hanging over the house at a rental property 30 miles from my residence. Don came out to give an estimate on Monday, and set work appointment for Wednesday morning at 8 AM. Showed up at eight. Don was there. We waited and talked for approximately two hours. Trucks finally arrived. Sergio, the owner told Don he would have to return on Friday with a smaller truck to do the job. Came back over Friday to meet the crew. Crew did not show. When I asked Don when they would arrive, he apologized and said Sergio had to go to school with his child Thursday and Friday so he could not meet me today. When I asked Don when they would arrive. He apologized and said that they would be out around 12 PM Saturday morning. Needless to say they did not come out Saturday and I was giving another excuse that the dump is closed and his truck was filled with debris and he could not make it today, so I figured enough was enough. I would not recommend this company for any project. They wasted 14 hours of my time in travel $40-$50 in gasoline not to mention frustrating my tenants who had to prepare for their arrival each day.

I hired SSE Tree Services to remove three large trees from my front yard. The estimate that Sergio provided was far below the other two estimates that I had gotten from other companies (also through Home Advisor). Sergio's team was excellent in every respect. They had all of the tools necessary to perform the job, and his team was highly motivated. On several occasions I saw them running from one task to another. Their expertise and attention to detail were excellent as well. The team finished the work in a lot less time than I had anticipated, and my yard is so clean that someone would be hard pressed to figure out that three trees were removed the same day. The stump grinding will be accomplished in a few more days, because Sergio thought it would be unsafe to grind them down without getting the utilities marked. Sergio also insisted that I only pay for the work that has already been completed. I have already told my neighbors that if they ever need the services of a tree removal company that I will recommend SSE Tree Services. In fact, I am going to speak with Sergio on Monday about getting an estimate on removing some hedges. Overall, a super job.
