I actually went into a store. Honestly, it was just a bunch of kids running that store. They were very unprofessional. So, I actually walked out of the store and ordered my stuff over the online service because I was so frustrated with the store.

When I went into the location it was a zoo; every time you talk to somebody they gave you a different story. I was very frustrated going in there. I went home and I got it online. Their prices are good. When I went in there it was horrible.

Generally we had very little difficulty with Sprint. They have a lot of flexibility. You can change your plan at any minute. The only thing I don't like is like everybody else, they have contracts. But they're excellent overall. We have been using them for a long time already.
