I've used them once so far, but I've been well pleased with that. The guy gave me his card for me to call him back. Since then, I've pretty well been pest free or roach free. I've got some more work to do. I've got all my clothes cleaned but they're stacked and I'm afraid it might be where some roaches have gone in to stay alive. I don't know. But so far I basically have not seen any roaches. I've had very good results of companies I've found through Angie's List.

Technician did a complete and thorough job. This was an introductory offer, and I was impressed with it. Time will tell how long it lasts, but so far so good. I live in a very wooded area, lots of bugs, so I have always had at least quarterly service. This may last longer. The cost for a year was competitive with others I have used in the past. The plan offered was for annual treatment with follow up before then if I have a problem. Not sure how well that would work in my environment, but makes me think this may last longer than most.
