Extremely professional. Excellent communication. I called them on Saturday and they worked with my schedule to come at the day/time best for me. Price was extremely reasonable; I purchased wall bracket and cords from them; much easier than going to Best Buy and not being able to find the right thing - and their price was very reasonable. They did an excellent, professional job and cleaned everything up. These guys know what they are doing, for sure, and I would highly recommend.

I had a new TV installed by someone else - failure. The sound from the Samsung smart tv would not play on the Bose Lifestyle (5 speaker) system. I had to play sound for everything except DIRECTV programming on the speakers in the TV. The picture was 720p. DIRECTV came out to fix the situation. Failure again! I was told that I needed new HDMI and optical cables. I found Franco on Yelp. We made an appointment. I had described the situation to him and asked if he could fix it. He said if he could not fix it there would be no charge. Fair enough. Franco arrived on schedule. It took him about 10 minutes to analyze the situation at which time he told me he could resolve it. He and his assistant had to remove the TV from the wall, reroute and reconnect some cables. Within an hour everything was working fantastically through the stereo system - just as he said it would. The two new cables were not even necessary. I'm ecstatic about the work that Franco and his assistant did. The price was very reasonable. There is no need to consider anyone else for TV installation.

They provided great service. They are reliable and the quality of work was exceptional. They were also prompt, polite and professional. The price was lower than other companies we called.
