Simone was very professional, punctual, and knowledgable in helping my husband and I design a home from the ground up. When she asked what we were looking for, she listened carefully and took down every detail to make sure the finished product was exactly what we were looking for. In the middle of the design process, my husband and I wanted to make a few changes. Simone was very happy to make any changes, and even presented more options to make sure we were using the space efficiently and effectively. When the design was finished, she would check-in at the job site to make sure everything was going to plan. Simone also helped us pick out finishes for the home (carpet, wood flooring, countertops, cabinets, paint colors, etc.) She has a wonderful eye for selecting products. I highly recommend Simone for any design project and would most definitely call her again!

She followed her plan which included 3 phases-

1.Preliminary Design- measurements of the area being renovated, presentation of preliminary design for our approval

2.Changes & Adjustments- Meeting with us to present changes and adjustments from 1st meeting

3.Construction Plans- Meeting with us once again to give us the detailed floor plans with the electrical plan and interior elevation and material specs.

Ms Feldman assisted me on my cabinetry, counter top, backsplash, lighting design and appliances.

She was very professional, courteous and friendly. Every step was completed on time.

I would definitely use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone needing home renovations!!

We were very pleased. We had tried a designer from a big box retail it and we're not happy. Simone gave a very professional personal touch.

Simone and her team completely converted my ordinary, circa 1977 kitchen to a modern, stylish and extremely functional gathering and working space.  She brought a wealth of knowledge about finishes, appliances, design and architecture to the project, combining them in a way that never fails to result in compliments.  This remodel included updating a downstairs powder room.

For me, the best part of the project was the time that Simone took to really understand what I wanted to accomplish. Together we figured out the best use for each corner of the kitchen, with her patiently allowing me to ask myself, "What do I want to do here?"  As a result, I have a baking area, a bar, ample counter and storage space, and a spacious eating area where I can seat many guests.  I love to cook and my friends love to watch me or join in. There's room for everyone to lend a hand.  Even several years after this remodel I have no regrets about bad choices.   

Simone is a problem solver.  If I came to her with something - even something minor - that was not working for me, she didn't let it go until we had worked out a good solution.  

Simone is very ethical.  She does what she says she will do. She hires the best contractors, demands a lot of them, yet treats them well. Her prices are fair.  

Since the kitchen remodel I have hired Simone to renovate the basement and the front entrance to my house, After that, she completed a complete remodel of the master bathroom and an update to the hallway bathroom.  I only wish I weren't running out of spaces that need her attention!
