I was pleased that the repair was done on the spot, but I felt somewhat taken in the end. He quoted me 30.00 for the socket to be replaced. He informed me all repairs were cash only "no tax, no labor, GA law, cash only". He did the repair and said he put on a new "something" for free. When I went to pay he told me it was 35.00. I didn't balk because he did it so fast, but when I pulled out 40.00 he said he had no change and he sat there making me feel my poor little lamp was taken hostage unless I just left him 40.00. I told him not to worry I had change in the car. All of a sudden he found a $5.00 bill. Very pushy, very sleazy feeling, very unprofessional. He is also charging 1.00 for the free home improvement magazines that are at the doorway. I will never go back. It was only $5.00, but a bad experience more than that.
