The work was very well done and the windows look great!  The price was very reasonable and they cleaned up perfectly.  I like that the owner himself came out to do the work.  The punctuality isn't a big issue for me because it's worth it to have the owner to come out.  I'll definitely use them again!

Thurman from Rot Doc came over to do an estimate, responded very quickly with a fair price and then set up a very prompt date to do the work....he arrived on time, did a great job....explained fully why the problem occurred and how he intended to rectify it so it would not happen again....very nice fellow, professional in every way.

Thurman, the owner of Rot-Doc is very honest and fair in his prices/ estimates. He even picked out the color for me when I couldn't decide (my neighbor used the same color). He was recommended to me by a real estate agent and neighbor. He did a fantastic job. I was very pleased and would use them again. His crew was very clean and dependable.

Thurman was easy to work with. He came out to measure everything and tell us the specs of the door we would need to buy. After we ordered our door, he went to the store to pick it up for us before coming over to our house.
Installation was a little trickier than he originally expected, but he stuck to the quoted price. Overall, we were very happy with the experience and we like our new door a lot.

They survey the work and give an estimate. His hourly rate is reasonable. He comes in and gets the job finished and we have had no issues with the work at this time. The only complaint I have is that it takes a little longer to get the estimate than the company tells you when they initially come out.

I called Thurman Stevens to get an estimate and he came the next day to inspect the house. He did a very thorough job of inspecting all my exterior windowsills and trim to see what needed to be done. He got on his ladder and checked the hard to reach areas as well. He provided me with a long list of customers to call for references. After calling three of them and getting very good reviews, I decided to hire Thurman. He and his crew did a wonderful job on my house. The carpentry work was excellent. They did a great job replacing the windows, two of which were very large palladium windows which were high up in my family room. The paint job was very professional and neat as well. They came early every day and stayed all day until the job was done. Additionally, they were cheerful and pleasant to have around and were very patient with my two dogs who kept getting in their way. I would recommend Rot-Doc wholeheartedly!

Thurman was extremely professional and personable. He spent nearly the whole day at the house. When he was finished, I noticed a spot of rot that he missed and he was very apologetic and fixed it right up. His work was well done and he came in at his estimate.
